How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

This privacy policy applies to the Agentic OS persona widgets, priming email flows, and associated properties operated by [Legal business name] ("we," "us," or "Agentic OS"). Our postal address is:

2. What we collect

When you use one of our widgets (Supporter, Team, Trainer, Coach/Development Compass, Mentor, Sponsor, or Peers) and choose to receive your brief by email, we collect:

• Your name and email address — so we can deliver the brief you requested.
• Your intake answers — the responses you entered in the widget, so your brief is personalized and so we can review with you if you ask for a revision.
• Consent metadata — a timestamped record of which consent boxes you checked, the exact wording you consented to, your browser user-agent, the page you submitted from, and your IP address (recorded by our form provider). This is required under CASL and GDPR so we can prove you gave valid consent if questioned.

We do not use cookies or trackers on the widget pages themselves beyond what's strictly necessary for the form to work.

3. Why we collect it (our lawful basis)

For users in the EU, UK, or anywhere GDPR applies: our lawful basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, which you gave by checking the box next to the consent language. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will delete your data promptly.

For users in Canada: we operate under express opt-in consent as required by the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We do not contact anyone who has not actively checked a consent box.

For users in the United States: we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act — every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism, a truthful "from" line, and our physical postal address.

4. How we use it

Tier 1 — Brief delivery (required consent)

If you check the first consent box, we will:

• Email you a copy of your brief to the address you provided.
• Follow up once or twice if we notice an error in your brief or need to clarify something.
• Keep the brief and your intake answers on file so you can request a copy or revision later.

Tier 2 — Priming flows & product updates (optional consent)

If you also check the second consent box, we will:

• Enroll you in priming email flows for other persona tools you haven't yet tried.
• Send you updates about the Supporter app launch and related product news.
• Occasionally send essays on the compounding-career model that underpins the Agentic OS approach.

You can unsubscribe from Tier 2 at any time with one click, without affecting Tier 1 (you'll still receive brief-related communication).

5. Who has access

Your data is visible to:

• The Agentic OS team — solely for the purposes listed above.
• Our form provider (Formspree) — which processes the submission and forwards it to us. Formspree's own privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Our email service provider — used to send you brief deliveries and priming flows.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or third-party marketers. We do not transfer it to any entity we haven't named above.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
• Delete — ask us to erase your data entirely (the "right to be forgotten" under GDPR).
• Withdraw consent — at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Object to processing — at any time.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Complain to a regulator — if you believe we've mishandled your data. In the EU, contact your national data protection authority. In the UK, the ICO. In Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

To exercise any of these rights, email propertysmithmaketing@gmail.com with a clear description of what you're asking for. We respond within 30 days (usually much sooner).

7. How long we keep it

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service you consented to:

• Intake answers and briefs: kept for as long as you remain subscribed, then deleted within 90 days of unsubscribe.
• Consent records: kept for 3 years after your last interaction, as required by CASL to demonstrate valid consent.
• Email logs: kept by our email provider according to their standard retention (usually 12–24 months).

8. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country of residence (primarily the United States and Canada). Where required by GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

The Agentic OS widgets are designed for professional development and are not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us immediately and we will delete the record.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will email users with Tier 2 consent and post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy; if you object, you have the right to withdraw consent and have your data deleted.
